The crystals have been cleansed with a full moon bath, and you may continue to cleanse with each full moon.  Simply place your crystal on a windowsill to absorb the full moon beams.  You may also place on a block of selenite as well as saging or using palo santo techniques. (There is so much information online on these methods.)  You may also simply run over water but there are a few stones that are sensitive to water like selenite and lapis lazuli.
