Shipping Orders: Orders received before 2pm Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped that day provided we have the merchandise in stock and all the correct billing and shipping information from the customer.  Orders placed after 2pm are subject to next day processing due to UPS pick up times. UPS is our shipping provider of choice.

RETURNS are accepted for FULL refunds on full price merchandise WITHIN 30 DAYS of the original purchase date. After 30 days please contact us for exchange options. Merchandise purchased during sale promotions may be returned for full refund within 30 days. 
Sale merchandise is non-returnable for full refund for any sale over 30% off: exchange only. Sale merchandise 50% of more is non-refundable and  non-exchangeable. 
To make a return please contact us via phone, 970-728-6828 or email, telluride@twoskirts.com, to notify us of the return so we can make sure you have the correct return shipping information. See below.
 
*Please note, we do our best to update the available merchandise daily but please excuse us if we miss something.  It is sometimes possible to purchase an item that is actually out of stock because it sold that day in the store.  Please bear with us when this happens and we will do our best to either get you the item by other means or refund your purchase.

For longer wait time on returns: Shipping USPS through the Post Office, your package goes to the post office first and must be picked up, thus delaying your refund process.

Mis-shipments by customers
*Two Skirts is not responsible for any mis-shipments.  Should the customer enter the wrong address when returning a package or in their original shipment to their address, it is the responsibility of the customer to track their package.
